HRH Prince Moulay Rachid encounters for the traditional equestrian arts

Rabat, June 24, 2007 – His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid graced the 8th session of National Championship of Traditional Equestrian Arts as he presides over the Hassan II “Tbourida” trophy giving ceremony in Rabat, June 24, 2007.

Morocco's enormously popular Prince Moulay Rachid was greeted by large crowd of equestrian fans as he united to promote the traditional equestrian arts. But the youngest were clearly the most delighted as they linger for the chance to meet the Prince.

His Royal Highness, a passionate supporter of sport events, took special care when he with fatherly hand placed the medals on the youngest equestrians who were dressed with shy and yet enthusiasm from the prince’s presence.

His Royal Highness, who has a high-profile role as a children's advocate, forefronts campaigns to ensure powerful voice to all children including the vulnerable ones who are powerless to speak for themselves.

During the 8th National Championship of Traditional Equestrian Arts, which brings together men, women and young people that excel in national traditional equestrian disciplines, His Royal Highness reiterated the need for vital action of everyone’s role in saving national heritage seeds.
