HRH Prince Moulay Rachid commemorates 8th anniversary of death of his father

Rabat, April 27, 2007 - His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, the heir to the Moroccan throne, visited the late King Hassan II's tomb in the Mohammed V mausoleum to commemorate the 8th anniversary of the passing away of the late King Hassan II.

His Royal Highness recited verses from the Holy Koran to pay tribute to the memory of his father.

His Majesty Hassan II, the Moroccan monarch who set tone for modern monarchy, passed away on 23 July 1999 corresponding to 9th of Rabie II lunar month 1420, which coincides to 27 April 2007, will always be remembered for his moderation and genuine desire to advance his nation.
