HRH Prince Moulay Rachid enlivens the rural development

Marrakech, April 8, 2007 – Under the Presidency of His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, Royal Moroccan Motorsport Federation organized the 14th edition of Maroc Classic Rally under the motto “The Road of Heart”.

His Royal Highness’ continuing series of encouragement to improve living conditions and fight poverty, underlines the importance of rural activities role to take part in the country's development process.

With this agenda, Maroc Classic Rally is an interlinking chain of week of automotive passion and active elements in the economic and social process of rural development.

The excellent testimonial of the generosity of competitors and partners during the traditional auction sales honored this year journey of ‘The Road of Heart’. Cheque of 480.00 dirhams was donated to Madame Leïla Cherif, President of l’Heure Joyeuse.

In last 7 years, Maroc Classic Rally collected 3.500.000 dirhams that are being invested in number of meaningful projects to advance sustainable rural development, strengthen the national economic process and join the world of business as an active element in the economic and social process of development.
